Open the NHS App, go to your prescriptions settings and choose Lancing Pharmacy,45 South Street as your nominated pharmacy.

We Receive Your Prescription

We will receive your prescription from your GP or prescriber.

We prepare your medication

Our pharmacy team checks and dispenses your prescription.

Collect Your Medication

We’ll send you a text message when your prescription is ready for collection. Please contact us to enquire about delivery availability.

You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time.

Please wait for our text message before coming in to collect. Processing times depend on when your GP approves the request and on stock availability, so we cannot guarantee a specific collection time.
